Badgehurst Training Ltd is committed to providing a high quality service to all.  Your feedback is important to us because we need to know when we get something wrong so we can take steps to put it right, and make improvements to our services in the future.  We also need to know when you have been impressed or pleased with our service, as this helps us do more of the same!  So, we want to hear from you if:

  •  You have a suggestion on how we might improve our services
  • You may feel unhappy with the service you receive or you may want to make a suggestion that helps us improve it.
  • You want to compliment when we have done something well
